The Paper India Expo, taking place in Bangalore from 13th to 15th April 2026, is a premier three-day event that will bring together key stakeholders from the paper and allied industries. The expo will feature industry professionals, service providers, machinery and equipment manufacturers, technology innovators, and decision-makers, offering a dynamic platform for networking, collaboration, and business growth. 

The Indian paper industry is expected to reach approximately USD 13-14 billion by the year 2025.

The country has over 800 paper mills, with a total production capacity of approximately 20 million tonnes per annum.

The packaging segment is anticipated to be the fastest-growing with a CAGR of 8-9% driven by the e-commerce sector and changing consumer preferences.

The Country has the potential to increase its paper exports, particularly to neighboring countries and regions with growing demand for paper products.

Adopting sustainable practices such as recycled materials and eco-friendly production processes are expected to open new avenues for growth and innovation in the industry.
