He safety, security, health, and well-being of our team, partners, and clients are our top priority at all RX events.

We work closely with the pavilion, our security vendors, state, local and federal law enforcement, and public health officials/advisors to identify risks, assess them, and develop safety and security plans for each event. The policies and procedures on this page apply to every “participant” in any RX event in any capacity, including but not limited to all exhibitors, attendees, speakers, guests, professionals, media, staff, workers, contractors, vendors, security, or anyone else who participates in the event in any way.

All participants in our events should be aware of the following procedures:

The security team may approach you outside the event, at the entrance, or inside the event to assist you.

You are required to wear the event identification badges/credentials provided to you.

Security safeguards and operational plans are in place at our events, including

 Badge/ticket verification

Physical screening/baggage inspection

Uniformed and undercover security guards

Crowd management/staff members, signage and barriers as needed.

Security measures may include:

Uniformed and undercover police officers

Canine security and detection

Every participant in the event is asked to:

Allow appropriate time to fulfill entry requirements and be patient and courteous when going through security checks.

Monitor your health in accordance with health and safety recognition.
